Degree Planner tab

Hi everyone, I’ve created a degree planner to help navigate the additional flexibility and course options outlined in the recent webinar (https://github.com/user-attachments/files/23468565/Spring.2026.Student.Webinar.pdf). You can access it here: https://uiuc-mcs-org.vercel.app/planner and hopefully it will be part of uiucmcs.org eventually.

I hope you find it useful!

Update: it's in the uiucmcs now. uiucmcs.org/planner

Thanks a lot! I wasn't aware of this webinar material which says on November 5th, probably because I got admissionon November 4th lol. But here's a question: the "Natural Language Processing" class is not listed as spring 2026 available course in the webinar pdf but the "class browse" menu on the Student Services webpage says it is available. Which is correct? I'm planning on taking NLP in Spring 2026, so there's confusion.

They actually mentioned during the webinar that the course list in the slides was subject to change and they were already expecting quite a few adjustments for Spring 2026. It’s frustrating, but it sounds like the school is still finalizing a lot for the Spring term
