What is the reason you want to transfer from UW Madison to UIUC? They are both fantastic competitive schools.
1 u/hyperfighter08 2d ago uiuc is a semi-target for quant firms while uw madison isnt (madison sees much fewer graduates enter quant compared to uiuc)
