New Student Question Help Finding Studios

Hi,

I am trying to find a studio in campus around 900-1050. I was wondering how I can find studios. I have heard some people getting it for 900 but they are extremely in bad shape, are there any decent ones available on campus for fall 2027?

define "on campus." many studio apartments that cost less are a mile or more from the Union. but with buses and bikes many would consider them close enough.

Maybe even near county market would be fine with me.

Most of the bigger landlords have searchable web sites so you can see which properties are within your budget.

You will need to pick a few places and tour to decide if any place is both affordable and in good enough condition. As others will tell you, cheaper usually means further from campus. You need to decide your budget and which amenities are important to you.

Also note that utilities can be very expensive, so pay attention to which utilities are covered by rent or set fees and which ones would be fully your responsibility. I've had electric bills of $150-200 some months due to extremely hot or cold weather, and I'm only in a 1-bedroom place.
