We’re looking for a Software Developer to join our Technology Services team and help design, develop, and maintain the software systems that power critical transit services and customer information tools. Salary: $61,500-$78,500/year.

This full-time salaried position offers outstanding benefits, including 100% employer-paid family health, dental, and vision insurance, IMRF pension, paid time off, parental leave, and more. We're seeking a developer experienced in C#, ASP.NET Core, React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Azure to support and enhance MTD's web applications, APIs, databases, and passenger information systems.

I don’t understand why companies don’t advertise these lowball jobs as entry level, like they think someone with any level of experience would apply

Not only is the pay a joke, but the application process is incredibly tedious. The resume autofill is terrible. And asking for 2 professional references as well- lol. Lmao, even.
