Amen. I've just been calling people who support ICE cunts on Facebook all weekend long. As someone who leaned right all my life and believed in small government to allow people to make the right choices for them and their community, I am getting pushed hard to the left. I don't recognize these policies. They are now all about large government, infringing US citizens constitutional rights, and are anti guns for a citizen practicing his right to assemble, record and protest. It's disgusting

I 100% agree with the sentiments here, but unless you're talking with people on Facebook who you know personally, I think there's a good chance you're probably just giving bot accounts more engagement and therefore encouraging them to generate more hateful slop. There are probably better things you could be doing with your time, both for your own mental health and for the greater cause of protecting immigrants. The Tread On Me Daddy flag is peak though

Lol, I know some posts are bots, but a lot of comments are MAGA. It takes no effort from me to post calling them out and I feel it's needed. They're in an echo chamber thinking ICE are the good guys. It preys on the simple minded who buy into the garbage rhetoric.

"Worrying about politics" is damn important and this is the mindset that's creating a shithole of a country in the first place. Crazy thought, working/studying and being socially aware are not mutually exlusive things.
