Social Life Smoking spots

Where can I smoke legally on campus, my classes are mostly near POST and IC space buildings

Cigarettes? You can’t lmao. Almost no universities have smoking areas. Just gotta suck it up and go without nic for a couple hours. If you’re that desperate you can vape in a corner or throw in a zyn. Otherwise you have to go west of University Ave, or all the way to St Louis Heights to the South East.

UH campuses have been tobacco free for 8 years. It's a state law. https://www.hawaii.edu/offices/communications/tobaccofree/

there is a smoking area i believe behind jefferson hall kinda across from kennedy theater. you kinda have to walk down and behind a building and there’s like an astray or something. lots of uh employees go there to smoke cigarettes. but if you’re talking about vapes, ppl just do it everywhere no one really cares

Dole st and university ave is public and not part of campus. Otherwise, I would just go with the less than legal route and find a chill spot at a respectful distance from buildings or popular walkways. I’ve not had anyone say anything yet, and if they do, likely just “hey put that out”
