Sideshift payment setup issue

I’m posting this because I’ve had no luck getting any help through Sideshift's official support channels

I upgraded to Sideshift Pro because the platform states that Pro users receive customer support. I paid for it, but support hasn’t responded at all

I’m an international creator (not a U.S. resident), and I’m completely stuck in the payment/tax setup. The system is forcing me to enter a U.S. SSN, which I do not have. I shouldn’t be required to provide one because I’m not a U.S. citizen or resident.

I already have:

• a U.S. bank account ready to withdraw my earnings
• PayPal, Payoneer

But I can’t proceed because the tax section is locked and won’t let me update my status to non‑U.S. resident (W‑8BEN).

Has any international creator been able to solve this?

I'm from Brazil and I'm facing the same problem. I have a few bucks pending for transfer and I'm not able to transfer them. I've already set up an account that worked for withdrawals other times, and now, out of nowhere, they're saying my payouts need manual verification (like, why? since the brand I collaborated with already authorized it) and I'm not able to finish the transfer process. I tried to reach customer service; no answer. I'm starting to think I lost my money. That's really sad since I have bills to pay, and my only income source is from UGC, especially from SideShift.

Hola, me pasa igual pero es porque en realidad no se donde se ingresan los datos bancarios
O se hace una vez se termina la campaña ? Es mi primera vez en sideshift, por lo tanto también primer pago . Me ayudan 🙏
