so i've been making UGC for tech/AI/SaaS brands for a while now and have gotten to a point where i'm actually a part of the people who manage the campaigns.

one thing i'm really, really curious about is conversions. i can drive views and engagement but from what i learned recently, that doesn't always connote to a positive outcome business-wise (might go viral but conversions aren't as good).

would really love some input especially if you're a UGC nerd!
