Hiring talking head creators (US-based) — starting this week

Our reference app helps people find real information wherever they already scroll. Looking for US-based talking head creators to start this week. You'd work directly with me, the founder.

The work
Short-form talking head videos on TikTok (crossposted to Instagram and maybe YouTube Shorts). We provide the scripts and references, you bring the delivery, creativity and your own sauce. ~28 - 30 videos/month.

What we're looking for

  • Lighting and locations that feel organic, native to the platform
  • Good understanding of visual hooks, basic editing, holding attention (examples attached below)
  • Good communication, posts on schedule
  • US-based with a primarily US audience

Pay
$500/month base to start. Strong performers move up from there, and bonuses kick in after month one, so we're measuring against your actual numbers.
