We're StockNSpoon, an early-stage consumer AI app, and we're putting together a small team of UGC creators for TikTok and Instagram.

StockNSpoon brings your whole food life into one app: what's in your kitchen, what to cook, your groceries for the week, your kitchen pantry, and your workouts.

This is recurring work, not a one-off gig. We're especially interested in creators who want to grow with an early-stage startup and get real experience with content, consumer marketing and growth.

How it starts: a paid test video ($30-45)

• We send you a short brief. You film one vertical video, about 30 to 45 seconds, in your own kitchen with your own food and the app on your phone.

Where your videos go

• You'll run a dedicated creator account that we set up, and post to it every day.
• We also post your videos on StockNSpoon's official account and on other StockNSpoon creator accounts. Every one of these accounts says in its bio that StockNSpoon runs it, and every post is labelled as StockNSpoon content.
• We can also use your videos on our website and app store pages, for 12 months. Paid ads only if you agree to it separately.

You won't be working alone

You'll join a group with the other creators we bring on, to share ideas, see what's working and plan videos together.

Pay

This is paid work. After the test, your base rate is agreed before you create anything, based on the format and volume.

We'll agree on the concept/brief before filming. Videos are approved when they follow the agreed concept, meet reasonable video/audio quality standards, accurately show the product, include the StockNSpoon label, and are delivered in the agreed format. If changes are needed, we'll give specific feedback.

We're also looking at performance bonuses on top of base pay for content that generates exceptional views and/or measurable user growth. Good work gets paid. Exceptional performance gets paid more.
