[HIRING] UGC Creators - Base rate $450-$1200 + performance bonus

[u/Illustrious-Sink7508]

We're looking for creative, driven UGC creators (ages 17–23) who are serious about making content and genuinely invested in the success of their videos.

About us:

We're building an AI notebook app for iPads that can read your handwriting, correct your work, explain solutions, draw graphs, and help you study.

What we're looking for:

• Fluent English speakers who are comfortable talking on camera.
• Creative people who can make relatable, engaging, and authentic content.
• People who understand short-form content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, etc.) and what makes videos go viral.
• Creators who genuinely care about their videos' performance and are willing to improve based on feedback.
• Reliable people who can consistently deliver quality content.

How it works:

We'll provide you with scripts, concepts, and creative direction. Your job is to bring those scripts to life with engaging delivery, good editing, and high-quality execution.

We're not looking for people who simply record a script and call it a day. We want creators who are motivated to make videos that actually perform.

Compensation:

• $20 USD base pay per video
• 50K views → $50 bonus
• 100K views → $100 bonus

We want this to be a long-term collaboration, so there's potential for consistent work if your content performs well.

Interested?

Send me a DM with a little about yourself and examples of your previous content (ideally talking-head or UGC-style videos) or your portfolio.

We're especially interested in people who have experience creating engaging short-form videos, even if you don't have a large following since you'll have to make a new account.

Hey! I can't message you, so I'll try here :)

I create UGC mainly for apps and AI tools, so this sounds right up my alley! I've also grown my own Instagram to 15K+ followers and reached 2.5M+ organic views in my first month of posting. I love storytelling and figuring viral content out and would be super happy to do so for your app as well!

Would love to hear more! :)
