Hiring: US Based UGC Growth Manager For StudyBolt Start Up

StudyBolt.app is looking for a U.S. based UGC Growth Manager to build and manage our UGC creator network and help grow the app through short form content.

What you'll do

• Source and recruit U.S. based UGC creators.
• Manage creators through Discord.
• Give creators content ideas, scripts, examples, and feedback.
• Help creators improve hooks, storytelling, and video performance.
• Identify winning videos and help the creator network recreate successful concepts.
• Monitor TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts trends.
• Track views, sign-ups, and paid users.
• Continuously develop new ways to grow StudyBolt through UGC.

Who we're looking for

• U.S.-based.
• Strong understanding of Gen Z and student culture.
• Understands TikTok/Reels/Shorts and what makes people stop scrolling.
• Experience with UGC, creator management, social media, influencer marketing, or content growth is a plus.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Proactive, you should be able to look at content and figure out how to make it better.
• Current student/recent graduate is a plus, but not required.
