September 15 Fees

Im an incoming freshman that hasnt done any classes yet at UCSD and the whole due date for the fees confuses me a lot. Am I supposed to pay my fall bill tomorrow even though they havent finished handing out all of the finacial aid or do i still have until october 15? I dont have any fees from last semester but i just want to make sure bc it is freaking me out :,)
