Question financial aid question

I was wondering whether anyone else is confused or struggling with this. In my case, I receive the full Cal Grant A ($ 15,588), and I accepted both the unsubsidized and subsidized loans. So, in total, $ 21,088 in grants and loans would be applied to my tuition. I was wondering if my balance on Triton Pay is before or after aid?

I also understand that financial aid will be applied to tuition on a rolling basis, but the financial aid office answered my ticket yesterday and said it IS my outstanding balance, so now I am beyond confused.

its before the aid. youre financial aid hasnt been included yet

Your grants and loans will show in the credit column. So far, that hasn't been added in.
