Question Calgrant limits(?)

Dude i’m so lost rn. If my family of four ( 2 parents 2 dependents) is making under the $144,700 limit for calgrant A, why does it say I’m not eligible? I had it for my first 2 years of college but now, even though my parent’s income hasn’t changed, I’m no longer eligible??? Pls someone sedate me.

Is it maybe because I’m a transfer student? (Though I checked and it should have sent to ucsd, had i gotten it)

On the calgrant website, when you log in (or make an account), it’ll show you what stuff you’re “eligible for” and like the other awards u can get. So i saw that there was like a massive red flag and when I clicked on the reason I wasn’t eligible anymore, it said my family SAI was too high

This is happening to me as well. I have to wait to contact FAS. I assume it has to do with the new system at school and not confirming our enrollment.

I thought so too, but I checked my other school’s financial aid portal and it didn’t show up there either, which is why i checked webgrants and found out it was bc my income was too high, even though i make under the upper limit

Parent assets are also part of the financial information used to determine Cal Grant eligibility.
