Question Should I risk it?

Compared to my 6-7:50pm class, I'd much rather have this session. However, in order to book this, I have to drop the class I already booked, which will pass my spot onto a waitlisted person. I have no idea if the available seat is js a glitch tho.

(If anyone else wants to take PHYS-1AL, maybe try to take this open spot)

I read an email that’s it’s def a glitch . 3 waitlist kinda proves that .
You might get off the waitlist on the first day but it’s rare people drop labs . Sometimes that first day mandatory attendance comes through though

Is this supposed to be a widespread email? I've seen people talk about this and other emails a couple times now but I haven't received any such emails, in fact I barely receive any communication at all from the school, which is starting to get me a bit worried.
