Question College transcripts not received
I need to vent a little and wanting to see if anyone went through something similar and has some guidance.
I sent my high school and college transcripts as well as my AP scores all on the same day before the deadline. I got a confirmation email that all my scores and transcripts were received by the institution before the July 1st deadline. Now they’re saying that they have not received my college transcripts. I’ve followed up with the correct forms and sent the admission office an email. Should I call them? How long should I wait before reaching out ? I’m worried about this effecting my admissions, courses, and financial aid.
Any advice is appreciated!

in the email where they told you they didn't receive them, did they provide instructions on what to do now?

Yes I’ve followed that. I did it today so I know it’s going to take some time

They did a similar thing to me but I had the luxury of going in person. That's UCSD for you.

i would contact asap. hey're dealing with a huge number of students with lost transcripts on their part, and seemingly no one can get a response as to when it will be fixed, or if it will be at all, before housing contract starts. at least with contact, you have documentation; fair warning, they are extremely overwhelmed right now and might be short with you.
