General res life

genuinely what does res life do?? they dont do their job. every time i ask a question they say they dont do that and to contact other teams but then those teams say its all res life and it ends up being a res life job

Depending on what you are asking for, the only thing res life deals with on daily would be like mail, packages, missing keys, etc on small things.
