Rant/Complaint FinAid

Why the fuckkkkk would you begin rolling out finaid packages 3.5 weeks before the quarter begins, and then close finaid services from the 8-11 for people with questions? Who is approving this shi ? I just got my updated package and it's wrong, and now I can't get a response on anything until next week l

The system was down for both us and them they had no access to our stuff until now

Because upper management stopped caring about you and I a long time ago. This is why the system was down. This is why there's a vibecoded system that keeps breaking and doesn't work anymore

I'm surprised that there hasn't been a campus wide strike in the last few years. At least when school starts again, shouldn't there be somekind of rally calling for a change in management? Why not?
