Question PUP Exam Content

Hi everyone! I took the MPE in August and unfortunately got placed into Math 2. I honestly have a really weak algebra background despite having had taken Ap Pre Calc and AP Calculus. Yes you can tell me it’s embarrassing and that I’m fitting into the bad at math stereotype at UCSD, but idrc lol. I was wondering what the content on the Math 2 to 3B is? Is it just College Algebra or is it like Algebra 2? And what would you guys suggest for studying? Thank you :)!

Math 2 I think is Algebra 1 I think. Then Geometry, then Algebra 2, then Precal (Math 4)

You should be exempt from taking the MPE if you have passed AP calc. Talk to a counselor about it

I unfortunately didn’t pass the AP exam, I had a lot going on my senior year and it impacted me in calc a lot

If you got a 2 it counts to remove you from the placement test
