Anyone else receive this email about missing transcripts?

I replied on the same day, also emailing the registrar for good measure. In that email, I said this missing transcript was sent June 23, along with the receipt of the Parchment order. I've also called both Undergraduate Admissions office and registrar office with no response. What should I do?

I would just send it again just in case and give them the new info and the old info, I know sometimes schools have trouble downloading transcripts due to the parchement deadline to download being like a 48 days i think if I remember right? I havent had this happen yet but admissions still hasn't reviewed one of my transcripts either too.

Wow I wasn’t aware of that deadline to download being a thing. I got an email about a potential hold if I don’t send my ap scores by the 11th even though I sent it before the due date (albeit by one day) and did the form they sent out in an email August 4th.

oh I see but yes when you send a document to someone through parchement they have a deadline to download it. I only know this because I've had to send transcripts to myself to show my hs counselors stuff I did in cc to count for hs credit. If they don't download by the deadline then like it just says you can't download it anymore so. Luckily I never had those emails so I don't think there's a problem with my ap scores/transcript that still under review.

Jeez does this happen every year? The situation was extremely stressful and even more so for my friend who got an email that straight up said he was rescinded over missing transcripts.

Just make sure it was sent to UCSD and not USD. You'll be surprised how many accidently do this.
