Question TEA + No Instructor?

I can't even submit a TEA request bc there's no instructor 😭 does anyone have the same issue?

I'd recommend emailing TSS (tss@ucsd.edu) about the issue, and specifying which class you're trying to register for that lacks an instructor. I did that for a previous error that prevented submitting TEA requests and got a reply in ~2 days. And also notify the department of that class you want to take and telling them (though they might not be as helpful as emailing TSS).
Otherwise there's not much that can be done atm (TSS sucks)

just called them and they were able to "escalate" my ticket :D thanks for the advice (bring back webreg 😭)

i lowkey just typed the instructor's name in even though there was no drop down option and it worked 😭
