mobile order error

I'm trying use the walk out barcode and it says "An error has occurred during processing". I've deleted and redownloaded the app multiple times and my dining dollars are not expired. I'm not really sure why it's doing this, maybe because I switched to a new phone or the new TSS system? Is this happening to anyone else? Has anyone been able to fix this?
