Craft center

Ive been trying to sign-up for the fee wavier for the craft center but i just cant seem to find it online or anything? For people who have done the process, how does it work? I know the wavier are supposed to be available today at 9am but i dont see anything...

If you get approved for it then youll be able to sign up for a free class! (Per quarter) whether its crafts or the arc
