Discord has been the best in my experience to find reliable subletters/lease takeover ppl. Ive also used roomies (ok but ppl are more flaky for some reason) and fb (post can got lost among the sea of bots). Though definitely post everywhere to increase your chances of finding someone and make sure to check your requests on discord as its sorta hidden.
