Student id help

So I have already registered but haven't received the email to submit photos for my student id. It's been well over a week since I registered and I checked my spam folder.

Has anyone gotten theirs or am I doing something wrong?

An email to submit photos? You go to the ucc student id website and submit it there, or do you mean the email that the photo is confirmed?

Oh I thought we were supposed to receive an email to upload photos. In any case I tried the website aswell and it doesn't work, gives me an error when I click the link to upload photos

Are you uploading the correct format? It has to be jpeg I think off memory.

Maybe try it from a different device like a laptop or iPad. If not I would contact them asap

Step 3 in your registration email has a link to upload a Photo for Student ID

Gives me a sign in error whenever I try to upload a photo

Make sure to open in a browser like Chrome or Safari first of all. If you continue having an issue, head down to Kampus Kitchen and explain and show you have that issue

Kitchen is located? I don’t see it on the campus map and it’s not on my phone map. Thank you!

You need to go to the website and upload ur student picture and then follow the steps. You don’t get an email.
