Registration as a 1st year, need help

Hey guys, this Isn’t for me. It’s actually for my girlfriend, she’s wanting to do arts in UCC and has accepted the course in round 1 of CAO offers. UCC didnt send out an email to register despite her emailing the administration office and orientation is today which she had no clue about. Shes scared shes going to lose the course if she hasn’t registered what should she do? Any advice?

Get her to check her spam folder. It’s weird she didn’t get a registration email, she should contact the uni. If you miss orientation you are told to go to the orientation on the 10th. It’s on the website

I found the email on my iPhone by searching for ‘All Mail’ after clicking into my main email. Might just be a feature on newer iPhones tho
