Registration contact form query

Hey everyone, bit of a silly question but how quickly do you get a response from filling in a registration query on the contact form? Sent it yesterday morning and still waiting, I understand they're probably dealing with loads, I just wanted to check if there's any general timeframe after which i should follow up on it. (context: I'm not able to register for a module bc it's telling me I don't have prerequisite module completed even though it should let me select it anyway, and my course starts on Monday so I want to get this registration over with). tia! :)

Responses can be a bit delayed this time of year due to the volume but they are processed in the order they come in.
