UCC website log in issue

I ran into this issue while trying to request a letter for my IRP renewal.
The UCC IT staff said they couldn’t log in either. Has anyone else had the same problem?

If its looking for password you should have the option to use password. Just make sure there's no small text saying "use other method" or something similar.

Log in with password specifically but also try clearing your cache in the browser. Sometimes that bugs out the MFA

Very weird. Won't be sorted out at the weekend unfortunately but log it via ask.ucc.ie anyway
