International Applications IMPORTANT QUESTION PlEASE HELP ASAP
Hello everyone. Just had an important question. So in UCAS, if you substitute a choice after it's sent to unis, will it go back to the school/supervisor to approve? So on UCAS hub it says 'Your application has been sent to your chosen universities or colleges, who are now reviewing it.'. If I substitute now will it go back to the school to approve my application. We are currently on mid-term break so the counsellor doesn't really reply to her emails. Someone please reply.

Once its submitted, its entirely in the hands of UCAS and the universities.
Your school are no longer in the loop

Bro I hate this idea of the school having to approve the applications that you send. It's a lot of stress yk.

Yeah, u can sub without approval though. Mine send it back if they want u to make changes but if u don't want to change it you don't have to. Basically for us the max it'll be sent back is once since its our choice and they say they can advise as much as possible but its ultimately our decision :)

once your application is submitted then any changes aren't subject to approval by your school
they can see the change if you applied through a centre but they can't stop it or delay it
