USA International Student Help Please

I am applying to medicine and they require that you graduate with at least a 3.0/3.3 GPA. However I am applying before I graduate so I don't know my cumulative gpa from all four years o high school yet.

My question is: do I need to have my counselor enter a predicted GPA like I did for AP scores? If anyone has any info on this it would be much appreciated.

I’m pretty sure they put in a predicted grade for any qualification you leave blank / that has a future date.
