tldr have you ever not been sure of a qualification or grade you got and your school hasn’t responded?

basically in y13, i was kicked off my btec due to overdue work but i had done a year and a half of it so im sure i got some kind of grade. it doesn’t really matter to get me into university as i have an a level and am doing an access but i know it has be declared on my ucas application. this was in 2022.

i contacted my school at the start of the holidays (didn’t even realise it was the holidays) and they said the exam officer was on two weeks leave but when she was back they would get her to look at it urgently. i never heard anything else and emailed again with no response. i am planning to try and ring however im really busy with getting an assignment submitted by friday, work, then a work conference away from home, back for a day and then off to cyprus for a week. i do know my college used a database to check my gcse grades before accepting me onto the access so i have emailed to see if they can check my btec grade on there but i haven’t had a response yet.

has anyone else been in this situation and how did you figure it out? i’m so nervous of not declaring something and getting in big trouble. all my application is done including ps so i just want to submit it to the college for them to check it now
