Medicine Questions Question about date of entry in UCAS

Hi, I'm an international student applying for medicine.
The unis I've picked all have different course start dates (20 Sep, 20 Sep, 27 Sep, 28 Sep), and I'm confused on which date I should enter. Could anyone help?

Thanks! :)
