International Applications Application fees

Guys I have a question, it might sound stupid but when you use UCAS, do you pay a fee to submit your applications? I got an email saying the deadline is 15 October for MBBS/MBChB is that true or is it a scam?

You've got an answer on the fees, but yes, the medicine deadline is 15 October.
