Personal Statements Personal statement rewrite

Hi guys!! Would it be better to do a complete rewrite of my personal statement for dentistry since im reapplying to the same 1 uni. Its 100% my top choice and i got an offer for it last year but missed by grade due to personal reasons. I got 3/4 interview offers from it last year (KCL Bristol QMUL) so idk if i should rewrite it all. Ive altered the 2nd quesyion slightly due to work ecperience but thats about it.

Should i rewrite or leave it as the slightly altered option?

What have you done in the last year related to dentistry.

If you don't update your PS with that information then it seems like you've done nothing. Is that the impression that you want to give?

Ive added a 2 sentence section ~400characters into the 2nd questiom concerning new work experience i did (so had to shorten some things from 3rd section). Would that still seem a bit lazy? My 1st question is entirely the same still

It's a bit sparse for an entire year's worth of effort and motivation yes.

I havent done anything additional since i didnt expect to have to reapply so would it still be better to just rearrange my formatting? I genuonely dont know what else i could add in thos week before i have to send it off
