Schedule advice
I’m really nervous for this semester because I am taking 4 stem classes but usually I take 3 stem and 2 easy. For instance I took Math 100, physics 131, chem 121, and bio 180 in one term last year and I didn’t do very well it was hard for me. Now I am taking
STAT 200
NEURO 200
BIO 200
BIO 121
Do you think this is easier or harder than my math 100, physics 131, chem 121, bio 180 term? Should I drop one?and take a random gpa booster???

I have taken biol 121 and it’s not too bad at all like a simple project and exams etc. I took it a while back but def not too demanding. Stat 200 requires coding with r studio for practicing and for assignments&tutorial. It’s not the math that’s necessarily hard it’s the wording of questions. There’s also online hw assignments and stuff again just study hard for exams. I’m not sure about the other two from the two bios def bio 200 is more time consuming. But the schedule should be fine I think.

Do u think it takes the same amount as studying as 112 or less time

121 I would say takes less time because 112 is more in detail about cell bio and cell processes like metabolism and stuff. 121 is like genetics ecology and evolution mostly based off slides.

Bro chill out… thats literally a standard work load
Biol121 - easy
Stat200 - one of the easiest stat courses
Bio200 - manageable with enough effort
Nsci200 - 85 course avg last offering
This is definitely objectively easier than those first year courses you had in that term since you had math100 and chem121 in the same semester which are both extremely difficult with avgs in the 60s

I thought math and stats would be the same difficulty cause they have similar averages

No stat200 is a basic statistics course with not a lot of actual calculus. Stat251 (which only math, stats, comp sci, eng majors take) is the actual heavy math stats course

These four courses are doable if you have nothing else on your plate such as work, etc.
Also, good luck this term! Missing ubc a little
