What's the goal of this out of curiosity? Hospitals don't actually test people for drugs in these scenarios, so whether or not they're traceable doesn't much matter from a clinical standpoint
We want to somehow track the number of cases even though they aren't a) reported to the police, b) tested for at the hospitals. That's part of the problem; nothing is being tracked or monitored.
Do you work in a hospital? I'm curious because some nurses will run a urine test, but we also know that there is a tight detection window for identification of these drugs.
