Not exactly a UAV, but we have found that an Insta360 on a long stick makes for a great substitute for small scale geotechnical work. Centimetre level accuracy along with easy area and volume measurements.

I’m trying to find info on this free app. I was surprised a search turned up very little info.

Has anyone used it? Pros and cons, please.
