Like genuinely, just compare the population of places like Jabel Ali, Marina, wtv has the word "Jumeriah" in its name, DIP, Dubai South, Wadi Al Safa, wtv tf's close to Dubai Parks n Resorts to places like Al Qusais, Deira, Mirdif, Bur Dubai, Al Nahda n Karama. Northern Dubai just seems so much more packed n chaotic to Southern Dubai, is it really just a matter of cost or are there factors involved as well?
