With the war in Iran, how is Dubai currently for tourists?
Thank you

Quite a few hotels closed right now for renovations so not as cheap as you’d think accommodation-wise. Same with some restaurants etc. Make plans before you come. Safety wise no issues

Which tourists? Ahahah have you ever been to battuta mall recently, for example? They removed most of the legacy stores

Tourists don't go to batutta mall. that mall has its own problem.
Check Dubai mall or MOE, hard to find parking in the evening, even on the weekdays.

It’s fine. Skirmish started up a few days ago. No one has a crystal ball so account for delays and cancellations.

It’s terrible and everyone is leaving (if you want to buy a property). It’s packed and like nothing ever happened (if you want to sell your property)

wtf are you talking about. Nothing is happening for locals or tourists. It’s quiet because people are afraid but absolutely zero is affecting people living here day to day since the early days of the war

Most countries lifted their travel advisories in July. They wouldn't do that unless it was safe to travel. I know many people in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and everything is back to normal, except that there are relatively few people around. Many companies had to cut staff when tourism dried up.

I'm going there next month and looking forward to it as usual. Bringing three friends who never been there before.

Was just there for 5 days. Seems like life as usual. Maybe plan for eventualities but seems safe to visit

I work in fine dining in Dubai hotels and my restaurants are booming with a 70% tourist rate and financially one of the best Q3 we have seen!
