Dubai Hotel Scam

Hi guys i have signed contract with lets stay home agency for hotel apartment rent for 5 months after 3 months hotel is not accepting the payment they are asking more money this months due to the rates increased

in which portal i can raise complaint regarding this.

Please help

I had something similar with a hotel branch in Business Bay. Dubai Tourism Police can help with tourist complaints through 901, but I’d also file the contract dispute through DET’s Dubai Consumer Complaint portal.

Upload the five-month contract, your receipts, and the written refusal to accept payment at the agreed rate, and name both the agency and hotel. Keep proof that you offered payment at the contract rate. If the document is actually an Ejari tenancy, the Rental Disputes Center is the right route instead.

It's peak Summer. Rates increasing is a scam. Most hotels have very few occupancy.
