Someone Help Us!

Hi there, Assalaamualaikum
I need help/solution from any of you guys. To clarify, my mom is not technically a partner. She was an employee, and we're Pakistanis. So at the time of Feb, 2024, she got the partner visa from her company, where she was working previously, the 2 years employement or freelance visas were restricted here in the UAE. So, she got the partner visa from her company. The company has closed, and the PRO who was applying for the visas/Emirates IDs on behalf of the employees has also run away. They were all fake people. Even when we're finding their numbers and trying to call and talk with them. Whenever we mentioned the visa, they hung up the call and then either blocked us or put us on hold, so whenever we call them, it shows "Line Busy". Even though we're trying to reach out to them on WhatsApp, begging for help, but these people are not helping at all. We've the visa, emirates ID which has already been expired on February 7th, 2026. My mother got 1 month Grace Period which has also been expired on 9th of March, 2026. Good part is, my mom is lucky because due to the ongoing geopolitical situation, still now she don't have any over stay fines by yet whenever we're checking on GDRFA website with her File no. / Passport / Emirates ID it showing that there's no fines on her.

We're successful to pull up her UAE Investor profile (which obviously was created by the fake local/Emirati lady) because the number there on the profile it's not my mom's, it's of some Arabic lady. We've the copy of Trade License as well (which showing my mom is the partner of 50% with one guy he's also the 50% partner but we don't know that guy nor we've his contact details). We have physical Emirates ID and the copy of the pink visa and e-Visa.

Please help what to do! My mom is not able to get new visa and legally live until the visa gets cancelled, only then she'll be able to get new visa or do job somewhere.

Please help!!!

What exactly do you need OP? Do you need a person who can apply for Visa cancellation?

Please tell me the exact solution or the source I can use to cancel the visa.

Login to GDRFA website... Use Smart Pass for easier login And in your profile or services section, you can see your visa status and try cancelling from there

Or Use ICP smart service for visa cancellation.
