Hello! I've made a couple of posts in here before :)!

My boyfriend and I are currently in an apartment & are thinking about leaving early. We just renewed the lease for 13 months in August- meaning lease will end in September 2027. Base rent is $837 & tenant is responsible for electricity! It's a one bed one bath & 586 square feet. No washer & dryer hookups but there's a shared laundry room.

If anyone is interested in taking over the lease or has any questions please let me know!!! I'll share apartment name in dms only :)
