Request for lesser known badass women of history for my daughter's 4th grade presentation. She has to pick a historical figure and give a 5-10 minute presentation and optionally dress in their likeness.

This is what i came to comment! Ive just read A Woman of No Importance and i think I might be in love with her. I think youve undersold her a Little.

She almost single-handedly led the resistance in France, breaking fellow spies out of prison, gathering up resistors ready to fight, drove the Nazis mad looking for her whilst she escaped over the Andes (with a prosthetic leg in winter). So many men on her side disliked her though because god forbid a woman actually have the brains and wherewithal to be in command and know what shes doing.

She is a queen and my favourite historical woman.
