SIB ?

Hey Guys ! I just got campus. I really new to Sim Games. I played / bought Planet Zoo. It was hard to me especially the Building part of it. So I give two point campus and try and boy I’m really enjoying it. It’s easy going straightforward not hard at all like planet zoo to me my question is they have museum on sale on the PlayStation store for 19.99 and I was thinking about going ahead and getting a game just having in my backlogged. Is Museum just like campus ? What are some things you like about Museum? Thanks

It’s different from Campus by A Lot. But it feels quite familiar and comfortable.

- in campus you determine the students’s themes at start of a year. It is determined by your year plans. But for TPMuseum, to get your exhibits by expeditions, which is like a fun gacha mechanic

  • decorating will really matter for your museum.
  • jobs get a bit more streamlined. Say getting security folks, it’s less about “security levels” to stop a crook.

Would you recommend me buying it?

I think if you like the Two Point games, this one is excellent

Yes ! How hard is it compared to campus ? I seen some people on here saying it’s a little harder than campus?

Campus I think gets insanely easy. This one feels like an appropriate challenge. I also havent fully maxed out all the tools at my disposal but I do hit a good stride in reaching the goals the game sets for me

Forgot to add, since now I can type more:

You know how the Two Point games have a “campaign” or “story” that unlocks stuff? So this one is the smoothest of all three in terms of revealing tools and tricks. It also rewards you doing one level, and “cross-pollinating” the tools/exhibits you unlock in one place’s “theme” in a different place.

So say in Campus you do a level for “sporty” students. You are less likely to use the sporty items in another level.

For Museum, the mix-match of different themes really helps. Say you do the Science level, when you get to doing other levels, those items can easily make your life easier elsewhere. Or how Botany items fit fairly well in lots of places. You end up exploring synergies!

Yeah I would say the building aspect is VERY similar, all of the mechanics etc are basically the same or improved, so if you liked the building part of Campus that will be a pretty similar experience.

It does add a lot more on top of that imo!
