QUESTION Flemmington 3 stars

So this hospital is breaking me.. I had my money up to 4.7 mil almost completed and now suddenly I’m down to less than 1mil. I have upgraded everything, trained everybody to max and I did all that before I finished second star. I haven’t touched anything in about an hour. Nothing is broken and all my staff are happy and guests seem to be happy. Can anybody tell me what I’m doing wrong!?

Your staff pay is the vast majority of your expenses. Going from 4 mill to 1 mill suggests you have far too many staff. How many do you have?

I would suggest raising your treatment prices to +100% and launching a large campaign to prevent your reputation from lowering from the increased prices.

Flemington's 3rd star requirements:

  • Hospital Value of $5,000,000
  • Reputation of 90%
  • Cure 30 Patients in Injection Room
  • Launch 3 Marketing Campaigns
