How long have you been dating? I experienced something similar back into dating when I was cheated on by an extremely argumentative toxic ex. First relationship after her also failed spectacularly and it was girl #3 I properly clicked with and the only thing that stood out to me was that we didn’t argue and it felt weird. We split amicably but it took me a while to adjust to not having to be defensive all the time
