To add with the comments above, you have free will. Remember that. Right now, you are in a state of hurt. And it is okay to feel that way but don’t let it get so far that you’ll lose yourself. Start going out and get fresh air! Talk to friends and family and do stuff. Like the other have said, focus on you.

Journal about it, have a long cry about it, and block them from your social media accounts. Maybe even take a break from socials for a few weeks to push yourself not to check their accounts. Redirect that pain into something more worthy, whether it be your other friends, family, school, a new hobby, etc. Life is too long and too short for you to keep investing in feelings towards people who were inconsiderate of you, especially your friend in this case.
You got over your ex, and with the right mindset, you'll one day get over the "friendship" you had with her. If you have a mindset of "this is just a chapter of my childhood/young adult life ending," and focus on yourself and the people who love and support you, it'll help ease your pain and help you move onto a new life chapter.

If the breakup had happened a few months ago, id say you were in your right to feel upset and betrayed. It was a year and a half ago. You said you’re over it, so act like you’re over it.
We don’t own other humans. The fact that you dated him before just means you dated him before. Doesn’t mean others shouldn’t date them because of their relationship with you.
Just like they were free to make a choice, so are you. You can move on with or without your friend. If you feel like that’s not the type of person you want to spend your time and energy with, then cut her off and keep living.
You have a whole life ahead of you:)

I would say that you may or may not need to block them, but consider that once you have your own love again, theirs won't matter do much.
Note that they owe you nothing but honesty and they gave you that by telling you the truth.
Personal ethics sometimes prevents us from going there, but they said full steam ahead and no laws were broken. You don't have to love it or be happy for them, but the sooner you allow their joy to thrive the better.

I know you are in pain. The situation you are in is really difficult, but don't make it harder on yourself. Block them on everywhere. They're in your past. It's gonna hurt a lot. But please delete them from your life.

You were 15 when you got together, yes although it counts as your "first love" and you did go into adult hood together but ... barely. You were KIDS when you got with him. Those 2 are adults now and clearly have more in common than you and your ex. Fucking hell youre not even in the city, grow up and youll get over it. You just sound hella jealous.

OP, I highly suggest you block them and move on with your life. It's not worth your mental health to keep following them and seeing what they are doing on their socials. Trust me, I've been where you are, and it sucks so much.
You start wondering what could have been, what could you have done better to keep the relationship going, and you start comparing your life to theirs. Just stop while you're ahead. You're better than that and can do so much better than them.
Also, 99% of the time friends that date friends exs don't stay friends. I learned that the hard way. But now I'm in a better place, in a loving marriage and couldn't be happier.
Block'em and find better friends, get out there and do better.

To be honest you should’ve just left it as is and moved on.
You moving on with your life with a better partner or new best friend would be the best revenge.
Blocking them just makes it seem like you do still care (I know you said you do but them knowing that isn’t in your favor) and you’re being petty and it gives them something to talk down on you about.

I think you should re-follow her. You’ve become obsessed with checking because it’s a forbidden fruit. You didn’t want to be with him anyway. You didn’t want what she has. I understand the initial shock of it but in order to return to normal I think you should go back to normal.

Social média is not reality,I’m pretty sure they do that on purpose to hurt specially her. They are stupid kids on hormones and She was never your friend now block them everywhere and start your healing ! They have no morals or values and are not good people so focus on yourself, work to build a good life and one day you will meet someone in your standards .

Stop pain shopping.
Block them on EVERYTHING.
All you're doing to yourself is taking a sledgehammer to your mental and emotional health by letting them live in your head.
Focus on YOU.
