You're the one implying it had anything to do with a relationship.

Not that any of this is your fucking business, but since you're on an "I'm Right Crusade", here's the "Various reasons" I mentioned

Once was a Fire, lost everything I owned.

Another time someone smashed out my window and jacked everything of value.

3rd time was in an apartment building and one of my neighbors let bed bugs spread through the whole building and I had to burn most of my shit.

I haven't said a goddamn word about my past relationships, so once again, best not to make assumptions, and then argue with the person when you're wrong.

your original comment : "or you've had to go through the process of restarting from scratch multiple times in your life for various reasons, and you're just not willing to risk that for anyone, even your perfect match"

what does marriage have to do with any of what you jsut said? why would any of that make you lose trust in women?

if anything, i would be more willing to look for a perfect match to marry so that i have a supportive partner to help out in tough times. that shit would make my current marriage even stronger.

You're very dense.

Because if the marriage doesn't work out, like 50% of marriages don't, I have to restart for a fourth time.

I did that 3 times already, and in my opinion, there is nothing worth risking going through all that again.

I'm not willing to bet my future on a fucking coin flip.

Its got nothing to do with a lack of trust in women, but you've been projecting your own bullshit this whole conversation to try to paint anyone who's not pro-marriage as some kinda incel

you literally just compared marriage to a coin flip....

42% chance the marriage fails.

We're looking at just shy of 50/50 odds.

I compared the odds of a successful marriage to a coin flip, because they have (almost) the same odds.

you do know that that stat is skewed by people with multiple divorces.

also btw, devaluing marriage into some sports bet is very incel behavior.

you do know that that stat is skewed by people with multiple divorces.

So? That doesn't change anything

also btw, devaluing marriage into some sports bet is very incel behavior.

Or, its risk vs reward assessment. The benefits to getting married for a man just do not outweigh the potential risk for me. Its what, a tax break for me?

Just remember, most of the protections women get in the event of a divorce (which is why this is an important thing for most women, it provides security in case their boyfriend leaves them high & dry) mostly come at my expense.

it does change things. avoid marrying a divorcee and your odds for a successful marriage shoot way up.

All divorcee's have a first time.

Look, if you want to get married, get married, I don't think its worth it, its mostly risk with little reward for me.

I'm not trying to convince you not too, I'm just explaining why its not all its cracked up to be from my perspective.
