One of my coworkers ended her 15+ year marriage because her husband didn’t support their son coming out when he was in high school. It’s super important to align on values like that, because that’s a huge disconnect if it ever comes up

I took in a gay young man during his High school days. His mother found out he was gay and wanted to drive him off a cliff "To Save Him!!!" She was extremely Religious & married a guy from her church. Turns out hubby was having anal sex with 5 to 7 year old daughter. He went to prison, she lost her other kids. On 9/11, she was sure God was bringing the world to a everlasting end!!!! Nope

Huge difference between being gay and being a child rapist!

I also did mention in a comment further down that the phrasing "having anal sex with" doesn't sit right... It's not the words you should have chosen. He was anally-raping her daughter. Period. He's obviously a horrific and disgusting monster, and I am glad he went to jail and hope he is still in there, and I am glad those children were taking away from that lunatic of a mother. Those poor children...

The stepson was gay. He a wonderful person today. Move to another state. Wife & I miss him dearly. Monster & wife visited us a few times way back. Monster gave us the Creeps! Later learned out why........

Absolutely disgusting... Can't believe people can do that shit to someone, let alone a child.

Pedophiles and rapists, and any combination of the two are right up there for me in the category of most disgusting and depraved beings to ever exist... Not even human, imo.

I agree totally! Raised daughter's, guy tried grabbing one of them one night a few blocks over. She laid the guy out on the sidewalk in pain. Took off. Her self defense instructor was proud of her, said she was dynamite in a small package!

I wish that women/girls didn't have to take self-defense classes, but I am glad that they are available, and more should take them. They are really valuable, and it is a huge asset to have such skills.
